KC Carpenter:
With K.A. Recruiting, KC achieved his professional goal of owning and operating his own recruiting company. KC's relationship based approach to recruiting is exemplified in the long standing relationships he has built and the reputation he has established.
Prior to founding K.A. Recruiting KC spent 6 years with Carter MacKay. He was hired on at Carter MacKay as an Account Executive assigned to their healthcare team. Based on his performance KC moved into management where he hired, trained, and managed a 6 person team, and was promoted to Director of Healthcare Recruiting. KC came to Carter MacKay from Ober Consulting where he expanded their business into pharmaceutical and biotech sales recruiting. Prior to joining Ober Consulting KC was a recruiter for 3 years in the Accounting and Finance space at AccountPros in New York City and did retained searches in the IT industry for First National Marketing Group. His career started at Fidelity Investments in Boston as a 401K representative.

Alisha Taylor:
Alisha partnered with KC Carpenter to establish K.A. Recruiting in order to address a growing need in the healthcare industry and achieve one of her personal dreams to own and operate her own recruiting company. With the growth of K.A. Recruiting Alisha is utilizing her well-established skills to meet and exceed her clients needs, while elevating healthcare recruiting to the highest level of value, integrity, and excellence.
Prior to founding K.A. Recruiting Alisha recruited at Carter MacKay within the healthcare space. She began as an Account Executive and was promoted to a Senior Account Executive where as a top performer she made President's Club her first year. Soon promoted into management, Alisha played a key role in training new hires and managed nurmerous key accounts. Alisha's experience in healthcare began at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Alisha achieved high sales numbers and developed a strong network of relationships within the healthcare industry.
